FIT run storm file

Hello,

I have a storm file for a FIT run that is like this

0002 hours on 25 July 1993
FIT
C   time inc=1h, calcs for 18 time incs, 3 burst
C   1 pluvis, uniform pattern
1.00000,18,3,1,0,-99
0,2,8,10,13,15
rainfall site 412134
6.23,4.63,3.57,3.49,3.44,3.72,2.1,0,4.89,10.62,3.5,0,0,0,5.16,0,0,-99

This returns an error in the output file that says ” Data error: 2.10 read instead of end check -99
6 ordinates & end check read”
I get the same error when I use the sample storm file given when installing RORB 6.45 “sckmar56.stm”

What does this error mean and how do I resolve it?
