HARC assists Liberian hydropower project

The Mt Coffee Dam and Hydroelectric Plant in Liberia is currently being rebuilt.  HARC has been engaged by the Liberian Electricity Corporation to provide an independent peer review of the dam flood hydrology and acceptable spillway capacity.  The reconstruction of the dam will provide the main source of electricity for much of Liberia, and we are excited and pleased to be involved with this important project.
