Yue (Albert) Shen

Albert is an engineer with a Master of Environmental Engineering (Distinction) from the University of Melbourne.

Since joining HARC, he has been involved with a number of dam-break risk assessment projects and flood risk assessment studies.  Albert has experience in flood hydrology modelling, hydraulic modelling and dam failure consequence assessments.  He is proficient in a range of hydrologic and hydraulic modelling and geographical software including but not limited to, RORB, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, Global Mapper and QGIS.  Albert is also experienced in HEC-LifeSim modelling for loss of life estimation.
