Framework to identify dam safety controls that are reasonable and practicable

Dam owners are faced with multiple credible failure modes. HARC, along with Dr Mark Foster, has developed a framework for identifying the potential controls and assessing which controls are reasonably practicable along with any additional investigations. The Framework provides a robust and defensible approach for dam owners to understand their risks and what needs to be done to eliminate/reduce risks so far as is reasonably practicable.
