Long Term Water Resource Assessments method

HARC (with support from Brad Neal), assisted the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) to develop a method for the upcoming Long Term Water Resource Assessments (LTRWAs). The LTWRAs will assess whether there has been a decline in long-term water availability within Victoria, and if so whether it has been disproportionally borne by consumptive users or the environment.
