Southwell Park Scoping Study

HARC were engaged by ACT Government to review a range of flooding and dam safety issues associated with the retarding basin at Southwell Park in Lyneham.  As part of this project we reviewed the operation of the basin, it’s historical performance and previous flood mapping of the area.
